Name and Hometown: Christina Weber | Port St. Lucie, FL Profession/Sport and years participating: Fishing, 16 years in tournaments. Do you have a claim to fame? Actually yes I do! I stood on the bow of my Hobie Outback in a video, which went crazy since I was standing on the front of a kayak fishing. I don't think anyone had seen someone do that yet, at least not on video while landing a redfish. See video - https://youtu.be/HyiiRT0giTg What is your favorite Nite Ize product, and how do you use it?: This is a hard question since I use the mess out of all the different products. I guess I would have to say every size in the Gear Ties. I use them from holding lights, flags and accessories to the kayak, from organizing my camping gear for tournament road life. What keeps you motivated?: Every single little thing - Knowing that each year I move closer to making these dreams a reality. Knowing that my roller coaster ride inspires other people to jump in line. Each hook set, top water bite, missed fish, cut thumb, deflated air mattress, gas station pit stop, tackle shop after tackle shop, sunrise after sunrise, town after town, email after email plea for assistance, restless nights with mental battles, and every single person who has touched me across the country with their words of encouragement. What goal do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?: 100% Fulltime Fishing. What is your theme song?: Eli Young Band - Dust If you could be a superhero, who would it be?: Captain America!

Name and Hometown: Willi Schmidt | Fort Collins, Colorado Profession/Sport and years participating: I've been a hunter my entire life. I went along as a companion to my dad as early as I can remember and hunting myself as soon as I was legally old enough. My passion is bow hunting, but I am a hunter at heart and hunt big game with a rifle as well as waterfowl and upland birds. Do you have a claim to fame? As the host of Pure Hunting TV, I have a relatively large audience to represent hunters and the hunting heritage. Many people are giving up hunting and not introducing their children to hunting, feeling it is getting too difficult to find spots to hunt and too expensive. I show that there are plenty of opportunities out there for those willing to put in the time, energy and effort. What is your favorite Nite Ize product, and how do you use it? Although there are a ton of Nite Ize products I use and love, my favorite has to be the Gear Ties. There are so many sizes and uses. I use them for electrical cord management, attaching hunting gear to my backpack, hanging gear inside my tent and from trees around my camp. What keeps you motivated? My family and my passion for hunting are my motivations. My family keeps me motivated to be the best dad and husband I can be, being true to myself in all that I do. My desire to continue to be able to hunt the way I do is what keeps me motivated year-round to stay fit and be in the best shape I can be. What goal do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years? To continue to grow the Pure Hunting brand, eventually leading to more speaking engagements and endorsements. That would mean Pure Hunting had 10 Seasons as a platform to promote the heritage of hunting and conservation through good storytelling. What is your theme song? Eric Church's - Love Your Love the Most If you could be a superhero, who would it be? Superman
Name and Hometown: Gareth "Gaz" Leah | Chester, England Profession/Sport and years participating: Adventure Guide and Big wall climber for the past 7 years. Do you have a claim to fame? I've established some of hardest big wall sport routes in North America and have authored a guidebook to bouldering in NYC. What is your favorite Nite Ize product, and how do you use it? I have to say that I don't have a favorite. I'm most fond of my INOVA STS headlamp because it can take a real beating and has never let me down. Also, my S-biners as they are a natural upgrade for any device you need to carry with you or on your pack. What keeps you motivated? I stay motivated by taking the path less well trodden. I enjoy exploring areas where there is little information available because you never know what you'll discover! What goal do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years? I always have so many goals. Some of the bigger goals I'm focusing on over the next 5 years include establishing a new big wall route in Africa on Pico Cao Grande, finish up my guidebook to Parque La Huasteca, continuing to help the at-risk youth group Escalando Fronteras in Mexico and forge my own brand of climbing equipment that gives back to the community it supports. What is your theme song? Hilltop Hoods - I Love It If you could be a superhero, who would it be? Indian Jones!
Name and Hometown: Karen Whitman | Stephentown, NY Profession/Sport and years participating: Dressage 25 years Do you have a claim to fame? My claim to fame is that my horse's name can be found on a hat on every street corner in our nation's capital! (His name is Washington DC) What is your favorite Nite Ize product, and how do you use it? My favorite Nite Ize product is the Gear Tie Dockable! It is essential to the organization of our tack rooms, stalls & horse trailer. Our horses & riders will now all have their names written in Gear Ties at horse shows! What keeps you motivated? What keeps me motivated is the feeling of partnership that I get from the horses every day. I get an enormous amount of satisfaction teaching a horse to do the specialized movements of dressage. Horses are one of the most benevolent creatures and I consider myself extremely lucky to get to work with them every day for a living! I also very much enjoy teaching people how to ride and achieve their own goals. What goal do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years? This season, I hope to be competing at the highest level of the sport of dressage, Grand Prix. Grand Prix dressage is a sport in the summer Olympics. Dressage is a complex sport that involves the art of specialized movements with minimal cues from the rider. What is your theme song? A horse in the Country by Cowboy Junkies If you could be a superhero, who would it be? The Bionic Woman
