I'm retired military, now a LEO in the North East. For years, I wished we had something with the brightness of our 6-cell lights, but the weight of our 2-AA battery lights. I stumbled across the X-2 at a gunshow; gave it a try, and was very impressed! I have one now downstairs and upstairs, one I carry on my duty belt, and one I carry in my utility tool/light combo pouch. Did some in-house training recently conducting stops/searches; a fellow LEO from a large downstate city commented on the light; he mistook it for a competitors light. He liked it so much he nicknamed it a "moonbeam". One of my neighbors, (all farmers), liked mine so much he bought my original one off of me on the spot! It's been beat so much the paint wore off, but, it still works! It's easy to use, compact size is a plus, lightweight, and great for tactical as well as everyday usage. Only complaint (very minor)... Wish the batteries lasted better than an hour. Price is still somewhat reasonable. Thanks for a great product.
