How do I know which size collar will fit my dog?
The Nite Dawg comes in 3 sizes that will fit almost every dog. Simply place a measuring tape around your dogs neck and compare with our sizes listed. You can make final adjustments within the size range to make sure it fits just right! Please review a copy of the instructions that were included inside the product packaging here.
What type of batteries does this collar use?
When your battery gets low, it can be replaced with a 3V Lithium 2032 coin-cell battery. Extra batteries can be purchased at NiteIze.com under the product name Nite Cell or can be found wherever batteries are sold.
Can my dog go swimming while wearing the Nite Dawg?
The housing that protects the on/off switch is weather resistant, meaning that it can be exposed to light rain, dust and snow. We do not recommend that your dog swim while wearing the Nite Dawg LED Dog Collar. If your dog does fully submerge the collar, please remove it and let it completely dry before activating the device.
